Production & Processing Time

All of our products are made to order. Once your order is placed, please allow 3–7 business days for production and quality checks before your order is shipped. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Domestic Shipping (Canada)

Once your order has been fulfilled, estimated delivery times are:

Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
Express Shipping: 2–4 business days

United States Shipping

Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
Express Shipping: 2–4 business days

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times for international orders:

Standard International: 10–20 business days
Express International: 5–10 business days

Please note that international delivery times may vary depending on your country's customs processing times.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost. Dripfitty Apparel is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive this email.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at info@dripfitty.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date for domestic orders, or 45 days for international orders, and we will investigate the issue.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. Dripfitty Apparel is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at info@dripfitty.com — we will do our best to update it before the order is fulfilled.
