Refund policy
Dripfitty Apparel generally does not accept returns for buyer's remorse, incorrect sizes, or design errors, as products are print-on-demand. Returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects or shipping errors within 7 working days of approval. Items must be unused and unworn, and return shipping costs are at the expense of the buyer.

- Items with manufacturing defects or damage must be reported to customer service for approval before being returned.
- Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
- All returned items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- We do not accept returns or refunds for customer errors made during checkout, including incorrect sizing, color, or design selections.
- If a package is marked “delivered” but missing, claims must be filed directly with the shipping carrier.
- Packages returned due to incorrect addresses or being unclaimed will require the customer to cover reshipping costs.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method in the original currency used at checkout.
